REGISTRATION FORMS Please take a few minutes to read the below Terms of the Agreement before agreeing to the terms of the agreement to move on to the next page. Buyer understands that, under the terms of the Agreement, Horse Education Group LLC obligates itself to furnish the Member with competent instructors, suitable facilities for teaching the lessons, or suitable online classes, or suitable outside classes when facility is not available. Selection of the instructors shall be made in the sole discretion of Horse Education Group LLC. Horse Education Group LLC shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items belonging to any Member. Members must maintain good hygiene for classes. NOTICE TO BUYER I understand and agree that the Member’s failure to take any or all classes contracted for, or the Member’s absence or withdrawal from any of the classes, shall not entitle me to any refunds of any amounts paid or owing. In the event this agreement goes into a defaulted or “collection” status, an administrative fee of 25% of the entire balance owed will be assessed to the account and the account will be assigned to a collection agent. If collection efforts fail, the account will be sent through the judicial process and the buyer of this agreement will be held responsible for any and all court costs incurred by Horse Education Group during this process. Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason. In addition, Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may suspend any Member from attending classes due to disruption of class and/or behavior that, in the instructor’s discretion, may potentially harm any Member of Horse Education Group or its facilities and equipment. This suspension will not entitle the student to any refund of any fees paid. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING, UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Language Learning Through Art & Culture Horse Education Group Partnership with Giraudo Signature Art The Magic of Foreign Language Immersion and Art In a world where so many children and families do not have access to original art, let Horse Education Group's two-hour language and art club bring a magical artistic journey into your classroom. Here Philippe’s stories and images of Provence come to life and your students can create their own canvases inspired by his art all the while immersing themselves in French language. In partnership with Giraudo Signature , our goal is to make the work of this renowned French artist accessible to children. We will even bring his original brushes and art material, so that your learners can touch, smell, and feel his palate. Students will learn French vocabulary associated with art with the guidance of their native French instructor. Words such as canvas, palette, brush, paint, draw, inspiration, sketch, masterpiece, gallery, original, and artist will be taught to students in a fun and engaging way so that they always remember. Stories, colors, charm, scents, rhythms, and images of Philippe Giraudo will come to life and your students will create their own canvases inspired by the artist while immersing themselves in the target language. Whether your young learners are learning French or are simply interested in the culture and history of France, you can count on us to make this a transformative experience. Horse Education Group bring the original canvases to your school where they are hung throughout the week when the club is taking place. Thus, the children as well as their parents have access to this original artwork. We even bring the artist’s original brushes and art material to this afterschool club, so that your learners can touch, smell, and feel the palate of the artist. Giraudo Signature Art is also highly engaged in bringing the creativity of other French and Francophone artists – as well as international artists – to the classroom. Our company purpose is to delight young students with learning foreign languages in fun, safe and engaging ways. Our native instructors focus learning thru unique crafts and age-appropriate activities. It all started back in 2020, with French, my mother tongue. I grew up in the South of France and am proud to call Charlotte, NC home, after spending more 16 years in the Queen city. We have since then expanded to other cities and added German, Spanish and mandarin - Chinese to follow the demand. I am very proud of our team and of the quality of our programs created in house and conducted by native instructors, with years of experience with foreign language teaching.
