OUR VISION We, at Horse Education Group, pride ourselves on offering personalized language instruction to effectively support, enhance and expose students to foreign languages and cultures, within an authentic and professional environment. Welcome and Thank You for Visiting the Horse Education Group Website I am Oliver Giraudo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Our company purpose is to delight young students with learning foreign languages in fun, safe and engaging ways. Our native instructors focus learning thru unique crafts and age-appropriate activities. It all started back in 2020, with French, my mother tongue. I grew up in the South of France and am proud to call Charlotte, NC home, after spending more 16 years in the Queen city. We have since then expanded to other cities and added German, Spanish and mandarin - Chinese to follow the demand. I am very proud of our team and of the quality of our programs created in house and conducted by native instructors, with years of experience with foreign language teaching. REGISTRATION FORMS Please take a few minutes to read the below Terms of the Agreement before agreeing to the terms of the agreement to move on to the next page. Buyer understands that, under the terms of the Agreement, Horse Education Group obligates itself to furnish the Member with competent instructors, suitable facilities for teaching the lessons, or suitable online classes, or suitable outside classes when facility is not available. Selection of the instructors shall be made in the sole discretion of Horse Education Group. Horse Education Group shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items belonging to any Member. Members must maintain good hygiene for classes. NOTICE TO BUYER I understand and agree that the Member’s failure to take any or all classes contracted for, or the Member’s absence or withdrawal from any of the classes, shall not entitle me to any refunds of any amounts paid or owing. In the event this agreement goes into a defaulted or “collection” status, an administrative fee of 25% of the entire balance owed will be assessed to the account and the account will be assigned to a collection agent. If collection efforts fail, the account will be sent through the judicial process and the buyer of this agreement will be held responsible for any and all court costs incurred by Horse Education Group during this process. Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason. In addition, Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may suspend any Member from attending classes due to disruption of class and/or behavior that, in the instructor’s discretion, may potentially harm any Member of Horse Education Group or its facilities and equipment. This suspension will not entitle the student to any refund of any fees paid. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING, UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
