REGISTRATION FORMS Please take a few minutes to read the below Terms of the Agreement before agreeing to the terms of the agreement to move on to the next page. Buyer understands that, under the terms of the Agreement, Horse Education Group LLC obligates itself to furnish the Member with competent instructors, suitable facilities for teaching the lessons, or suitable online classes, or suitable outside classes when facility is not available. Selection of the instructors shall be made in the sole discretion of Horse Education Group LLC. Horse Education Group LLC shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items belonging to any Member. Members must maintain good hygiene for classes. NOTICE TO BUYER I understand and agree that the Member’s failure to take any or all classes contracted for, or the Member’s absence or withdrawal from any of the classes, shall not entitle me to any refunds of any amounts paid or owing. In the event this agreement goes into a defaulted or “collection” status, an administrative fee of 25% of the entire balance owed will be assessed to the account and the account will be assigned to a collection agent. If collection efforts fail, the account will be sent through the judicial process and the buyer of this agreement will be held responsible for any and all court costs incurred by Horse Education Group during this process. Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason. In addition, Horse Education Group and/or its designated representative may suspend any Member from attending classes due to disruption of class and/or behavior that, in the instructor’s discretion, may potentially harm any Member of Horse Education Group or its facilities and equipment. This suspension will not entitle the student to any refund of any fees paid. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING, UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
